InCorpDaily

Privacy Policy

Effective 23 October 2026

In short: We collect only what we need to run your account, and we never sell our customers' information. Company and director details come from publicly available records. Any director can ask us to remove or correct their contact details by emailing support@incorpdaily.in.

This policy explains how [Legal entity name] (“InCorpDaily”, “we”) handles personal information. It covers two groups of people: our customers, who sign up and subscribe, and people named in company records, such as directors of newly incorporated companies. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Information about our customers

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address, company name (optional) and password, which is stored securely by our authentication provider.
  • Subscription details: your plan, the dates it runs, the amount paid, and the payment reference or UPI transaction ID you send us. We never receive or store your card, bank or UPI PIN details. Payments are made in your own banking app.
  • Usage records: which daily files you download and which exports you run, plus delivery records for our daily emails. We use these for support, security and to enforce our terms.
  • Messages: what you send us by email or WhatsApp.
  • Cookies: only the essential cookies that keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use it

  • To create and secure your account, confirm payments and activate your plan.
  • To deliver daily files by email and show the right data for your plan.
  • To send service messages, such as payment confirmations, renewal reminders and important changes.
  • To prevent fraud and misuse, and to meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell, rent or trade our customers’ personal information.

2. Information about people named in company records

When a company is incorporated in India, details such as its name, CIN, registered address, capital, activity and directors are filed under the Companies Act, 2013 and made publicly available. Our service compiles this publicly available information, including directors’ names and the contact details given in those records, so that businesses can offer their services to new companies.

  • We obtain it only from publicly available records and other lawful sources. We never obtain it through hacking, leaked databases or by bypassing access controls.
  • We show contact details only to paying subscribers, and only for recently incorporated companies (7 days of daily files and 30 days in search). We do not publish them on our public website.
  • Our subscribers must agree to use the data lawfully, respect Do-Not-Disturb preferences, stop contacting anyone who asks them to, and never resell it.

Your choices as a director

You can ask us to remove or correct your contact details. Email support@incorpdaily.in with your name and the company’s CIN. We may ask you to confirm you are the person concerned. We act on requests within 30 days, and after that your details are left out of our dashboard, exports and future daily files. We cannot recall copies a subscriber downloaded before your request, but our terms require subscribers to honour opt-out requests.

3. Who we share information with

We use a small number of trusted service providers, only to run the service:

  • Supabase: database, authentication and file storage.
  • Resend: sending our daily and account emails.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that serve our website.

These providers may store and process information on servers outside India, for example in Singapore. Each one is bound to protect it and to use it only to provide its service to us. We may also disclose information when the law, a court or a government authority lawfully requires it, or to protect our rights and users.

4. How long we keep information

  • Account and subscription records: while your account is active, and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting and legal obligations require.
  • Usage and email-delivery records: up to 24 months, for support and security.
  • Company records: as part of our database of public information, except contact details removed at a director’s request.

You can ask us to delete your account. We will delete or anonymise your information, except what we must keep by law.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask to access, correct, update or erase your personal information, withdraw consent where we rely on it, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Email support@incorpdaily.in. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

6. Security

We protect information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, private file storage and links that expire quickly. Only authorised people can reach customer data. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

7. Children

The service is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
